Pay Off / Take Up

The Sparkex portal beam pay-off/take –up auto traversing type is based on a self supported frame which hold two arms where the pintles are mounted. These machines are mounted on a rail system fixed in the floor. The complete machine can be moved side ways on those rails and also have the possibility to move only one arm at a time. This is permitted by one time beam sliding On the supporting structure ,to load different sizes of the reel. Each arms is fitted with an endless screw and a gear motor to allow vertical movement on each side. A pintel is driving the reel rotation through a dc or ac motor equipped with an electronic gear box. This method suppress the need of any mechanical adjustment of the gear position. In fact, the line control can select automatically the corrects gear according to the product parameter on the line control. The drive cabinet is mounted on a frame on the machine structure itself. An operating panel is also mounted on this cabinet. all the parameters such as cable diameter, reel size etc can be modified from this interface. Furthermore, a control box conveniently located allow the horizontal and vertical movement of the machine
